Who it is for
Who can use Tuo, what a position needs, and what the platform does not offer.
Tuo is built for a depositor who wants exposure to Uniswap V3 fee income without a full directional bet on ETH or BTC, and who is comfortable holding a position as an NFT in their own wallet. It is not a savings account, and it is not a stablecoin yield product. A position can lose money.
Requirements
| Requirement | Detail |
|---|---|
| Wallet | An externally owned account on Arbitrum. Smart-contract wallets such as Safe (EIP-1271 signatures) are not supported for sign-in yet |
| Network | Arbitrum One. The first mainnet deployment is pending; see Deployed addresses |
| Deposit token | Any token on the vault's allowlist, or native ETH. The vault converts it to USDC |
| Minimum deposit | 2,500 USDC after conversion, per deposit and per top-up |
| Maximum per position | 25,000 USDC of basis during the guarded launch. There is no limit on the number of positions a wallet may open |
| Sign-in | Sign-In with Ethereum (SIWE). You sign a message with your wallet; no password, no email |
There is no KYC step and no depositor allowlist. Any address that meets the minimum can open a position. This is a description of how the software works, not a legal opinion about who may use it in any jurisdiction. Read the Disclaimer.
What you get
- A position NFT (ERC-721) in your wallet. It is transferable. Whoever holds it owns the position and is the only address that can withdraw it.
- A dashboard showing the position's full value, including the Hyperliquid leg, refreshed every five minutes.
- A withdrawal path you control: two calls from your wallet, no approval from Tuo, and an emergency exit that works even if Tuo's servers are down.
What you do not get
- A guaranteed return. The target figures on each product page come from backtests over past market data. They describe what the strategy aimed for, not what it will deliver.
- A fully neutral position. The shorts offset most of the price exposure, not all of it. Delta Hedge Standalone leaves roughly 20% long BTC exposure in place on purpose.
- Instant withdrawals. A withdrawal needs the keeper to close the ranges and bring the hedge margin home first. Under normal conditions this completes within the same day. The Withdrawals page explains the sequence and the emergency path.
- A token. There is no Tuo token, no governance token and no airdrop. Nothing in the contracts or the roadmap depends on one.
Who should not use Tuo
- Anyone who cannot afford to lose the deposited capital.
- Anyone who needs the funds back within a fixed window. Withdrawals depend on market conditions and on the keeper's unwind, and the emergency exit has a 24-hour delay when a hedge is open.
- Anyone who needs every dollar to stay inside the on-chain vault at all times. Part of a hedged position sits at a Tuo-operated Hyperliquid account while the hedge is open; see Custody model.
- Anyone for whom smart contract risk, venue risk or bridge risk is unacceptable. See Risks.
Tuo is in a guarded launch on Arbitrum One. The independent external security review of the contracts has not been completed. See Audits before depositing.
What is Tuo
Tuo earns Uniswap V3 trading fees and hedges the price exposure with shorts on Hyperliquid, inside a vault where only the position owner can withdraw.
Custody model
Who can move funds in a Tuo position, what the keeper can and cannot do, and the one place where funds leave on-chain custody.
